The Rangers paid tribute to Hall of Fame play-by-play announcer Sam Rosen, who will retire at the end of the season after more than 40 years as the television voice of the franchise. During a pregame ceremony at Madison Square Garden, Rosen was joined on the ice by his wife, Jill, former broadcast partners Phil Esposito and John Davidson, and his current booth partner, Joe Micheletti.
